Returns & Exchanges

At Showcase, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with all designer tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund or exchange is processed.
